The Bible is inspired of God, inerrant and infallible
in the original documents, written by human authors
moved by the Holy Spirit to write the very words of God.
We believe the Bible to be the final authority in all
matters of faith and practice.
Psalm 19:7-9
7 The law of the LORD
is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the
LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The
precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The
commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. 9 The
fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The
judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous
altogether.
2 Timothy 1:13
13 Retain the standard
of sound words which you have heard from me, in the
faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.
2 Timothy 3:15-17
15 and that from
childhood you have known the sacred writings which are
able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation
through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All
Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for
teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in
righteousness; 17 so that
the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good
work.
1 Peter 1:20-21
20 For He was
foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has
appeared in these last times for the sake of you 21 who
through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from
the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope
are in God.
